Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

    3 (6-ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
    1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
    ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with waxed paper.

  2. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk.

  3. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

  4. Spread evenly onto lined pan. Chill 2 to 3 hours or until firm.

  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel off paper and cut into squares.

Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
